How this comparison works#

Every marketplace shown here is a record in the NFT Marketplace AU registry — 30 venues tracked today, 25 currently marked active. Filters are exact: a venue must genuinely support the chain, NFT type, fee cap or onboarding style you select, or it drops out. Nothing is paid placement, and inactive or shut-down venues are hidden unless you ask to see them.

Results are ordered by match quality: active status first, then — when you say you want to sell — lower verified seller fees rank higher, and more recently verified records outrank stale ones. Each card lists exactly why it matched under Why this result.

Fees and features change. Every card carries its last-verified date and the scheduled review date; if the registry has no verified fee for a venue we say so instead of guessing.

Common questions#

Which NFT marketplace is best in Australia?#

It depends on what you trade. Venues marked “AUD supported” or “card/fiat on-ramp” in this tool let Australians buy without first acquiring crypto elsewhere — enable the Australia-friendly filter to see only those venues.

What do marketplace fees actually cost?#

Fees vary from 0% to over 15% depending on venue and sale type. The seller-fee cap filter removes venues above your budget; our seller fee calculator then estimates net proceeds on a sale amount you enter.

Are these marketplaces safe?#

We track operating status and known incidents per venue and hide inactive or sunset platforms by default. Still — verify the official domain before connecting a wallet; each card links the venue’s official URL from our registry.
